• Our team will review your reason, and respond to you within hours.
• Once you get eligible for a refund, our unit will proceed with your refunding full payment within a month.

Cancellation policy

• In case of order cancellation, the customer will be responsible for paying for all pre-done work.
• In the above case, the completed material will be sent to the customer after complete payment.
• Cancellation will only be acceptable right after purchasing services.
• An additional fee will be charged If you first approve the revision, and then cancel the project.
